CKS X SRI Referral Scheme

CKS is pleased to offer an exclusive referral scheme to SRI agents seeking licensed valuation services for your clients’ properties. The following fee rates will apply for successful referrals:

  • HDB and Strata Units (Condo / Office / Factory / Shop) : 20% of valuation fee

  • Landed Residential: Flat S$150

  • HDB Shophouse: Flat S$150

  • Private Shophouse: Flat S$250

  • Landed Industrial / Commercial / Rental: Case-by-case basis

Referral Procedure

All referrals are to be submitted via the CKS referral form. 

Simply key in the property and contact details as well as our referral code – VALSRI26 – and you are good to go!

A formal quotation will be issued to the client. Upon confirmation, we will proceed to conduct the valuation.

The applicable referral fee will be disbursed to SRI after report completion and collection of payment. SRI will pay out to the individual agent in accordance with its internal fee sharing agreement.

Disclaimer

CKS reserves the right to suspend or revise any terms of this referral scheme at its sole discretion. Referral eligibility, acceptance of leads and final valuation fees charged will be determined by CKS management with its decision being final. No referral fees will be payable for any aborted cases.

The AVM is a software program that uses robust methodology and sophisticated algorithms to instantly generate an indicative value for a specified property. Using proprietary algorithms that have been rigorously built and tested by a team of licensed property valuers and based on the latest transactional data, the AVM allows users quick and easy access to property valuation services in Singapore, enabling them to receive accurate indicative valuations for residential properties at any time and from anywhere.

In 2018, UOB successfully launched the UOB Home Solution platform, featuring the first bank-backed instant property valuation service, developed by CKS, a trusted name among real estate valuation companies.
